Just a quick post to let everyone know that we have joined the social networking craze (Facebook, etc.). While these are not new arenas for me personally, Apex Video Productions is now cool enough to tweet and poke. This blog was created for a few reasons. First, we wanted a place for clients, friends, and passersby to keep up with the happenings of our studio. This will be our platform for showcasing recent work and providing information on exciting changes and future opportunities.
Second,we want to instill the importance of video in weddings. So many friends have told me that, looking back, they wished they had invested more in their wedding video. I understand that not everyone can afford a professional videographer but I want to encourage everyone to consider the benefits of having someone more qualified than Uncle Joe run the camera on this most special day.
Finally, we want this to be a doorway for communication and ideas about wedding videography. We can’t do this without your help. Please share any comments, questions, feedback, or suggestions to help shape the future of wedding videos both here in Louisville and around the industry.
